The hotel was easily accessible from the train station, and we were able to get a ride from the hotel's own cab. the room was spacious with a comfortable bed and clean bedding. the bathroom had a great shower with plenty of hot water. the staff were incredibly helpful and provided prompt room service. the buffet breakfast had a wide variety of dishes available, both Indian and Western.

There were some areas of the hotel that were a little grubby, such as the tables in the restaurant and the shower curtain in the bathroom.

Additionally, I loved the fact that my room had a balcony with a fantastic view of the fort.

We had a lovely Christmas at this hotel last year. the rooms were comfortable and clean, with a key location close to public transportation making it easy to get around town. the staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even better. the restaurant offered delicious food at reasonable prices and the breakfast buffet had a good selection.

We did notice that some of the furnishings were quite old and could use an update. the bathroom could have been cleaner.
